On Tuesday (4), the chef Lucio Vieira, from the Rio de Janeiro restaurant Lilia, will come to São Paulo for the first time and will debut in Cora’s kitchen. The menu, this time à la carte, will feature dishes to share, where fresh and seasonal products reflect the affinity between the two houses.

Specially designed for the evening and for sharing, chef Lúcio brings the sea breeze to the center of the city of São Paulo and, for starters, raw fish, pineapple vinaigrette and la-yu which is a spicy oil based on sesame oil .

From the earth: raw meat, oyster mayonnaise, massago, black sesame and nori. There are also vegetarian options such as beetroot with orange, radicchio, pistachio and boursin cheese and toasted romaine lettuce, bagna cauda and breadcrumbs.

Moving on to the main course, the chef presents: grilled fish, onion, chard, leek, yogurt whey emulsion, smoked pork belly, glazed pumpkin, eggplant preserves, demi glace, kale and thyme, and pupunha heart of palm , roasted mushrooms, mollet egg, mushroom emulsion and endive are the protagonists of the evening.

To sweeten the palate, the desserts: french toast with coffee, bourbon and kinkan and the classic Alfajor ice cream with chocolate, sesame and miso. The à la carte service will have dishes with prices ranging from R$ 35 to R$ 82.

At the end of July, it will be Cora’s turn to occupy Lilia’s space, more precisely on the 18th (Tuesday), Pablo Inca will take his creations to his unprecedented debut in Rio de Janeiro.

The Vegan Vegan restaurant, located in the neighborhood of Botafogo, promotes on the 08/07th (Saturday), a Vegan Arraiá. From 3 pm to 6 pm, the house run by chefs Thina Izidoro and Jan Carvalho will offer an exclusive and thematic menu with 100% cruelty free reinterpretations of the traditional delicacies of São João.

First edition of Pepo & Amici receives Paraiba chef Paula Leite, Wednesday (5)

In order to open the kitchen of the pepo in Savior, to share it with friends from all over the country, the Pepo & Amici series of collaborative dinners in which the chef Peu Mesquita invites colleagues from different corners of Brazil to co-create menus served exclusively in each edition of the bimonthly event. scheduled for the day July, 5th, the debut of the project brings the paraibana Paula Leite from the restaurant Aleatória – Cozinha Casual e do Mundo, in Campina Grande, to the Italian-influenced house in Pituba.

The six-step menu – snacks, cold starter, hot starter, first course, second course and dessert – was jointly designed by the two chefs, bringing together flavors from Bahia and Paraíba. The tasting includes dishes such as Caviar from Paraíba – curimatã roe, brioche, cured egg yolk and sour cream -, mussels stuffed with fatty rice and chicken broth with ponzu and sea bass with coconut sauce, banana tartar and toasted okra.

34 years old from Paraiba, chef Paula Leite has also worked in other renowned restaurants in São Paulo, such as UN, by Tadashi Shiraishi, Charco, by Tuca Mezzomo and A Baianeira, by Manuelle Ferraz. But it was in her homeland that she opened her own restaurant, Aleatória – Cozinha Casual e do Mundo, in partnership with businessman Jocelio Costa.
