Gates was vaccinated against COVID-19. Conspiracy theorists believe that he wants to microchip everyone through a vaccine

“One of the benefits of being 65 is that I’m eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. I got my first dose this week and I feel great,” he wrote.

Gates did not specify what kind of vaccine he was given.

The billionaire thanked all the scientists, trial participants, regulators and healthcare professionals who kicked off the coronavirus vaccination process.

In 1975, Gates founded Microsoft with Paul Allen. In 1986, at the age of 31, he became the youngest billionaire in the world, and has been on the top list of the richest people ever since. In the spring, he resigned from the board of directors of the corporation to devote time to charity and family. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, among others, funds the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI). For the five-year work of this structure, which helps developers of vaccines against a variety of diseases, about $ 10 billion has been raised in the world, of which the Gates raised $ 1.6 billion.
  • On June 5, 2020, Gates lamented that it was difficult for him to deny conspiracy theories like the one that he “wants to microchip people with the coronavirus vaccine”, because “these stories are prohibitively stupid or strange.”
  • On October 21, Gates said the coronavirus pandemic is not going anywhere until the infection is eradicated worldwide, not just in individual countries or regions.
