The mayor of São Paulo, Ricardo Nunes (MDB), signed the dismissal of the commander of the Metropolitan Civil Guard of São Paulo, Eliazer Rodella. The ordinance was published on the 8th in the Official Gazette of the city.
Rodella had been away from her duties since early April after she was accused of assault by her ex-wife, Samara Rocha Bragantini.
The complaint of aggression against the now former GCM chief public after Samara participated in a YouTube channel.
“When I was eight months from my son, he beaten me. My stepdaughter was at home, I think I was 12 years old. My daughter was 1 year and 4 months, he was already standing my head at the door, left my arms purple, threw me in the bed very hard,” said Samara on the divorce stories on YouTube.
At the time, the Urban Security Secretariat stated that a procedure would be opened in the Corregedoria to investigate the facts.
