The increase is an average of 12%. This is a lot in itself, and even more so in the top segment. At the same time, the average performance of the novelty in 4K exceeds 100 fps.

True, there are modes where even such a monster is not able to cope with the task. In particular, in Cyberpunk 2077 in 4K with ray tracing, the card produces only 24.7 fps. At the same time, this is the only adapter that, in principle, provides at least minimal playability in this game in this mode.

As far as power consumption is concerned, the RTX 3090 Ti is indeed incredibly power hungry. In games, the adapter is capable of consuming over 450W, which is about 100W more than a regular RTX 3090. At the same time, with more serious loads, power consumption can exceed 500W. Unfortunately, from all indications, with the release of GeForce RTX 40 cards, this will become the norm.
