Founded in 2015 by sisters Débora and Suelen Ferrari, Davvero Ice Cream Shop began its journey with an investment of R$ 1.5 million expenses between courses in Italy to learn how to produce real gelatos and structure its first unit in Itaim Bibi, in São Paulo.
At the time, the sisters worked as nutritionists and dentists, and decided to turn their love for ice cream into a business. They created the ice cream shop that quickly won over the taste buds of São Paulo residents.
Today, Davvero has 20 units with two of its own stores (Itaim Bibi and Shopping Iguatemi, in São Paulo) and serving an average of 43 thousand people per month . By the end of the year, they hope to have 20 more stores opened which have already been sold.
The network is still in the implementation phase, with another 20 units sold for opening in 2025 and an expected average annual revenue of R$25 million.
This growth boomed from June 2023, when they took an important step in their history with the entry of investing and operating partners Thiago Palazzini and Felipe Zogbi, who helped the structure expand in a more robust way and in franchise model which intends to spread its gelatos in flavors such as dulce de leche, café bianco, almonds with pistachio, among others throughout the country.
