Representatives of the Genesis company, which is a premium brand of Hyundai, have officially presented prices for the updated version of the G70 sedan for the Russian market. As expected, the cost of the car, even in the basic configuration, turned out to be quite impressive – the price starts from 3,100,000 rubles. For the top version of the car, however, they asked for much more – this configuration starts at 4,700,000 rubles. At the same time, potential buyers are offered five configuration options at once (Premier, Elegance, Advance, Supreme and Ultimate), to which you can also choose different motors.
For example, all configurations, except for the Ultimate, are equipped with a two-liter gasoline engine with 197 horsepower and all-wheel drive with an automatic transmission. The Advance and Supreme versions have the option of installing a similar motor, but at 247 horsepower – the rest of the unit’s parameters remain untouched. But the Ultimate version of the configuration supports the installation of an exclusively 3.3-liter V6 gasoline engine with twin turbocharging. Due to this, the owner of the top-end configuration gets 370 horsepower with the same box, but with Sport + and drift modes. You can choose between rear and four-wheel drive (the difference in price is 80 thousand rubles).
Externally, the car has also changed, although, of course, the main features of the brand have not gone anywhere. In front you can see “two-story” horizontal optics, a diamond-shaped radiator grill, slightly modified front and rear bumpers, chrome exhaust pipes and a rather large inscription Genesis – now this is something of a fresh trend. The salon, of course, also received several upgrades – in the basic version there is a digital dashboard with a diagonal of 8 inches, and in the top version of the display there are already two – “tidy” by 12.3 inches, plus a display of the multimedia system with a diagonal of 10.25 inches.
Information about when exactly the updated Genesis G70 after restyling will get to official dealers has not yet been provided by the manufacturer.
