George, Charlotte and Louis of Cambridge: the best moments of 2021

Tra i royal baby d’Europa, George, Charlotte e Louis, the children of Kate Middleton e William of England they are certainly the least exposed. Few or no public releases with parents (and the restrictions due to the pandemic have little to do with it) and very rare official shots, which are released only on birthdays or other anniversaries, such as the last public photo with parents, which served as the backdrop to the traditional Christmas card.

Choice due to a desire for normality, in anticipation of what will certainly be the adult commitments of the three princes. And it is precisely for this reserve that, every time, the shots of the little ones make a lot of talk, unleash the toto similarities and transform them into baby influencers, just like mom Kate.

2021 was particularly stingy with public events, but the dukes granted something anyway, starting with the beautiful video released on the occasion of their tenth wedding anniversary, last April 29.

Shot at the seaside, in Norfolk, the video portrays the children, aged 8, 6 and 3, together with their parents, in a moment of fun and play. Numerous photos extrapolated, inevitably rips like.

Just a few days earlier, the official photo released on the occasion of the third child’s birthday had arrived Louis, born April 23: on a bicycle, ready to go to kindergarten. A shot made by mother Kate, like most of the private ones that are shared on the social pages of the Dukes of Cambridge.

No birthday photos, however, on May 2, for the six candles of little Charlotte. The social pages of the Dukes of Cambridge that weekend (it was a Sunday) they decided to boycott social networks due to the proposal of some sports clubs to create a Super League: William, as President of the Football Association, took sides against a football “for the few”, making his voice heard loudly. Baby Charlotte’s fans, however, had their revenge: on 7 August, on the occasion of an initiative in favor of butterflies, the little princess was the protagonist of a beautiful shot with a butterfly in her hands.

Space, of course, also for George, who celebrated 8 years on 22 July. For him, a gorgeous photo has arrived, taken by mum Kate.

The eldest son of the Dukes of Cambridge for the occasion showed off his best smile, nothing to do with the sulking spotted in the bleachers of Wembley on 11 July 2021, when Italy beat England in the final of the European football championships.

During 2021 Kate and William also shared other unpublished shots of the three children, thanks to the death of Prince Philip, on 9 April.

Beautiful, for example, the photo of George at the age of two, in the carriage of the late Duke of Edinburgh, together with his great-grandfather, or the one published just two days later, the first Cambridge portrait as a family of four. With them, in the photo, also the queen and her husband: they are in Balmoral, the portrait of a happy holiday.

Another beautiful memory always dates back to April 14: the queen and Philip pose together with seven of their great-grandchildren: the little Cambridge, as always, steal the show from everyone. It is a snapshot of another moment of joy, again in Balmoral, in the height of summer this time.

Who knows if 2022 will be richer in photos. The first could come in early January, when Kate Middleton will celebrate 40 years. All that remains is to wait for news from Kensington Palace.
