The leader of the German Armed Forces Carsten Broyer ordered the German army to be fully equipped with weapons and other material by 2029, according to a document that came to the knowledge of the Reuters agency today. By 2029, Russia may have rebuilt its forces sufficiently to attack NATO territory, according to Broyer’s estimates and other NATO executives. The document entitled “Priority Instructions to Strengthen readiness”, signed by Broyer on May 19, states that Germany will achieve the goal with the help of funds made available thanks to the relaxation of the “brake debt”.
