Russia will face consequences for a cyber attack allegedly orchestrated by a group with ties to its military intelligence service, German Foreign Minister Analena Burbock said today. Germany is among the Western states providing military support to Ukraine in its war with Russia, with President Vladimir Putin saying in December that relations between the two countries had largely “frozen”.
