The daily Bild reports that Chancellor Helge Brown had a meeting with the heads of the state prime ministers’ offices late yesterday afternoon, in preparation for Chancellor Angela Merkel’s corresponding consultations with the 16 state prime ministers.
“The fourth wave of the pandemic has already begun,” he said, noting that immediate action must be taken in the face of autumn and winter.
