The Gfk consumer confidence index for Germany fell to -6.7 points in December, worsening the -3.2 in November (revised from -3.1) and the -5 expected by the market.
This is the eighth consecutive month in which the indicator shows negative results, being today’s the worst figure recorded since last July.
