“Ghostbusters: Ice Apocalypse” gets augmented reality app

In a publicity campaign, the film “Ghostbusters: Ice Apocalypse” created an application that allows users hunt ghosts with your cell phone . The film will be released in cinemas on 11th of April .

In the game, a trap is placed on the ground and camera recording start. You characters they come out of it and are then frozen and sucked in, along with what is around in the image. After hunting the ghosts, you can share the video on social media.

To access the movie game, you need to access the site and point your cell phone at the QR Code.

In “Ghostbusters: Ice Apocalypse” the Spengler family returns to where it all began – the iconic New York City firehouse – to join the original ghost hunters (Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson).

The team has developed a top-secret research laboratory to take ghost-busting to the next level. But when the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, all the hunters will join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age.
