Gianni Morandi will be the co-host of Sanremo 2023: the announcement of Amadeus

A new announcement from Amadeusagain through Tg1 at 8pm. After Chiara Ferragnihere is that the artistic director adds another (important) name to the next Sanremo Festival 2023 (scheduled from 7 to 11 February): Gianni Morandi will be the co-host of all five evenings.

«Dear Amadeus, I’m not with Jovanotti, I’m at home tonight, but I’ve put on a tuxedo», the singer began, and then added: «The proposal you made me first surprised and then thrilled me. Finally, I asked myself a question: you have had extraordinary but also demanding festivals. In 2023 you will be 60 years old: you need someone young, to give you a hand. Joke, Ama: I really accept with enthusiasm“.

These are the reasons of the landlord: “Gianni Morandi is loved by everyone, he is the history of music but also the present, entire generations follow him”. Morandi, 77, has already led Sanremo in 2011 and 2012, and has only won it once in 1987 with More can be given. Last year he was competing with Open all doors, written for him by Lorenzo Jovanotti, and finished third.

To keep company with Amadeus and Morandi as we know, for the initial and final evening, Chiara Ferragni will also be there, for the first time at the Ariston. We will see some good ones.
