Falcão recalled that the cycle around Ariano Suassuna was created by academic Heloísa Teixeira, who died in March this year at the age of 85. The meeting with the academics is part of the activities of the Writers Training Course of the University of Breachds, created in 2009 in the Advanced Program of Contemporary Culture of the Faculty of Letters of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), at the initiative of teacher and academic Heloísa Teixeira.
The group consisting of students who are taking classes at GLA was very excited, but it was not the only one. In the audience were also students of the foreign language agreement of the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs, in partnership with several higher education institutions, but in this case, with UFRJ. The students who were present were selected in countries in Africa and will do all the graduation in Brazil. Since they are not Portuguese -speaking speakers, they have the opportunity to study the language a year before entering the university.

“I liked it a lot because it was a unique opportunity to hear this singer named Gilberto Gil. These songs are very beautiful. I think most of the people who are here like. I understood everything.
