Gina Lollobrigida, the will opened: the estate goes to the son (but only half)

The opening of will of Gina Lollobrigida should have settled the controversy and silenced the allegations once and for all, but that’s not exactly what happened. On the contrary. According to the previews of Corriere della Serathe notary Barbara Franceschini would have opened the will of the diva, who passed away on 16 January at the age of 95, and communicated her last wishes, expressed precisely by the document drawn up on 5 January 2017. Half of her assets (about 10 million euros) is intended for the son Andrea Milko Skofic while the other half now goes to his factotum Andrea Piazzollaa 35-year-old who had lived with her in the Roman villa since 2015 and took care of her daily needs, together with her partner and daughter (named Gina in honor of Lollo).

La Bersagliera has decided that the trust with its works of art will always be administered by the assistant together with the entrepreneur Horacio Pagani, while donated the collection of about a hundred Etruscan vases to the Italian state.

The name of Francisco Javier Rigau does not appearwhose proxy marriage to the actress was annulled in 2019 by the Sacra Rota, and who attended the funeral in a somewhat controversial manner.

The recipient, however, of the discontent from Gina Lollobrigida’s family however, Andrea Piazzolla remains, on trial on charges of circumventing an incompetent person after having sold over 350 of the artist’s assets (including luxury cars, jewels and works of art) and presumably collected the proceeds. A few days ago Mara Venier was told a Sunday In retracing the recent times with the star and the turbulent relationship with his son (who four years ago, in fact, dragged him to court). “I have respect for justice – he declared – but I think there is a lack of respect for Gina. If a person is fine, how can a lawyer be taken away from him? And impose on her as lawyer the partner of the associate of the firm who defended Milko, her son Dimitri and Rigau who in turn appoints Rigau’s own consultant as consultant? Gina tried with all her strength to appeal, but it was a sort of fight against windmills. He asked to change the support manager, but the judge placed a person between Gina and the support manager. How come when people are really in need, justice takes six months, a year… And instead, when he asked for something, the decree arrived the next day».

The opening of the will made it clear the provisions of Gina Lollobrigida but, given the premises, it is said that it will not follow another legal battle, in the wake of the animosity shown so far by Skofic towards the assistant. The lawyer Francesca Romana Lupoi, Piazzolla’s lawyer declared: «In bequests it is the last will that has value. Lollobrigida’s will is a recent, public will deposited by the notary and containing his will.’
