According to the investigation, Giorgio Armani Operations “failed to limit and prevent phenomena of labor exploitation” because “it did not take the necessary measures to verify the employment conditions and the technical capacity of the companies that undertook the contracts, facilitating, due to negligence, people who are allegedly responsible for phenomena of organized exploitation of workers”.
