The 8-year-old girl who was kidnapped by her father, Anderson Rafael Hasse, returned to her home in Blumenau (SC), on Friday (4), after two weeks in a host house in Rio de Janeiro.
According to the maternal family lawyer, Maurício Bento, the reception was at the request of the judge of the Second Family Court, Child and Adolescent, because of the conduct of new social studies, noting that there would be nothing that disallowed the child’s mother to bring her with him.
According to the lawyer, the studies have revealed a strong parental alienation that Anderson made with his daughter, especially to have her guard again. The situation will continue to be analyzed by the judge of the Childhood and Youth Court of the city of Blumenau.
The girl, who remains with her mother, has returned to studies and will do psychological follow -up.
Remember the case:
Anderson Rafael Hasse was arrested on March 20 for kidnapping his 8 -year -old daughter in Santa Catarina. He was found in the vicinity of Rocinha, south of Rio de Janeiro.
The child’s father would have planned his daughter’s disappearance about three months ago. According to the information, Anderson had lost his daughter’s custody in 2023 due to claims of parental alienation.
The reason for the disappearance, according to Anderson, would be an alleged abuse committed by maternal grandfather against the child. He claimed that if he had not fled with his daughter, he would have killed his maternal grandfather.
