A scene from “The Voice Kids” from Germany went viral last week and moved the web. An 11-year-old girl sang Jessie J’s “Flashlight” and performed the song also using sign language for her younger sister, Emilia, who is deaf.
In the video, Fia soon won over the audience with her performance. Captivated by the girl’s voice, the four judges pressed the button and did not hide their emotion as they watched the presentation.
One of the judges broke down in tears.
She received a standing ovation at the end of the song, which is part of the Pitch Perfect trilogy soundtrack. Fia’s family was on the side of the stage accompanying the audition and celebrated a lot when they saw the commotion of the audience, who already have someone to cheer for in the next stages.
The presentation took place on “The Voice Kids” in Germany a month ago, but the video recently went viral on the web and drew tears from netizens.
