Meanwhile, the closure of the investigation into Giulia's femicide is approaching, with the probable request for indictment for Filippo Turetta, who has been in prison in Verona since November on the hypothesis of the crime of voluntary homicide. The Venice Public Prosecutor's Office could submit the request to the investigating judge as early as June. The process could open at the beginning of autumn, between September and October.
