Giulia Tramontano’s killer and the messages of the last few weeks: “What kind of mother are you if you leave me?”.

In the aftermath of the murder confession, more details emerge about Alessandro Impagnetiello and the type of relationship he had with Giulia Tramontano. The girl, whom he stabbed to death, was seven months pregnant and many discussions via whatsapp and text messages show that the relationship with the 30-year-old had already been at an end for some time.

His sister Chiara and her friends testified to this, while his mother immediately apologized to the family on TV and called her son “a monster”.

The investigating judge has ruled out the aggravating circumstance of premeditation for this femicide, but the image of a toxic relationship from which Giulia intended to escape. She confronted him when she discovered she was being cheated on with another woman (whom she Impagnatiello had convinced to have an abortion) and she even touched on the idea of ​​interrupting the pregnancy, but by now it was in an advanced state.

After having stabbed the girl’s throat, the killer staged a series of worried messages, including this one two days after the murder: “To you who were the first and only girl to welcome my son after I left (with the ex, ed.). And I have always tried to protect my son until the end, as you well know at the beginning it took me a few weeks to reveal that I have a son and your answer was “ah yes? Well! You made my heart explode. I didn’t want to break yours instead.’

The sending continues at different times, up to the moment of arrest and confinement to the San Vittore prison, even if the man turned off and then threw the girl’s cell phone down a manhole cover in the Milan subway, at the Comasina terminus: «Just tell us that you’re fine. Tell us you fled to some distant country to throw it all down. Only this, please.’ It’s still: “Baby where are you» and «let yourself be found», «we are on the fourth day (after the disappearance, ed.), stop with this story and beat it, I beg you».

Last May 9th Giulia found a lipstick in his car (although he had already known about the betrayal for months, according to what his sister reported to the forces of order) and, after the heated discussion, days later (on the 25th of the month) she wrote to him: «I’m not happy and I would like to find my my tranquility. Enough”. And he: «But really, even before giving birth to a child, do you already want to divide us?». A little later: «What kind of mother are you? But do you wonder?” To continue with: «It does you no honor to speak like that, not at all». The 29-year-old seems resolute: «I warned several times, no one ever listened to me, always all an eternal struggle. I don’t want to fight and live an unfulfilled life with the wrong person. I don’t trust you and never will. By now the vase is broken and I don’t want to fix it».
