THE golden raspberry, an award that highlights the worst that the movie industry has offered the public in the last year, announced the nominees for its 42nd edition. While Pablo Larrain’s “Spencer” is one of the big bets for the Oscars, Christopher Ashley’s film “Diana: The Musical” – also inspired by the life of Lady Di – was the most nominated for the Golden Raspberry 2022, competing. in 9 categories.
Other highlights include “The Woman in the Window”, a Netflix thriller with Amy Adams inspired by Hitchcock’s classic Rear Window (5 nominations); the thriller “Karen” (5 nominations) and “Space Jam: A New Legacy” (4 nominations).
Ridley Scott’s “Gucci House” – already nominated for a Bafta and nominated for an Oscar for the performance of Lady Gaga – also appears in the Golden Raspberry list: Jared Leto is nominated for the award for Worst Supporting Actor. Those chosen to receive the (dis) honor will be announced on March 26, the eve of the Oscars.
