THE Google search engine doodle — special change to the company’s logo that celebrates holidays, events, achievements and notable historical figures — this Thursday (24) is a card game that celebrates the last half moon of October the beginning of the waning period of the month.
The interaction that repeats monthly invites you to play against the natural satellite and test your knowledge about the lunar cycle. To access the game, simply enter the search engine’s website and click on the themed logo.
“The half-moon is the turning point in the lunar cycle, changing the balance between light and dark like pieces in a cosmic game,” says the introduction to the Google game.
The game resembles a tic-tac-toe game and the user needs to match cards with the phases of the Moon and score more points than the opponent.
The end of the game happens when the board is completely filled — whoever has the most points wins.
To reach the final half-moon, the player needs to win three games in a row.
