Complaints come from users from Russia, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, UK, France, USA and other countries. The problems started after midnight. The majority of users (68%) have difficulty loading the site, and about a third (31%) cannot log in with their account.
Google has not yet made an official statement on this matter.
