Earlier this month, Google announced that it is going to bring its Stadia game streaming service to Chromecast from Google TV, allowing owners to play on their TVs. The company kept its promise as the service has already been released.
However, even if the service is now available to you, you won’t be able to play unless you have an official Stadia controller or a compatible third-party controller. Google has confirmed that supported controllers that work over Bluetooth and USB include the PlayStation 4 DualShock 4, Xbox One controller, and Xbox Adaptive Controller. The Xbox One Elite and Xbox 360 controllers only work via USB. Unfortunately, you cannot use a keyboard and mouse to play.
The Stadia app is already in the Google Play Store. You can install it remotely from your computer or launch the Play Store app on your TV.
