It was published in the Official Gazette (DOU) this Tuesday (21) the dismissal of the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Welfare, Bruno Dalcomo. The exoneration took place on request. For Dalcomo’s vacancy, Lúcio Rodrigues Capelletto was appointed.
Lúcio Capelletto was the National Superintendent of Social Security. Dalcomo was in the post, which is the second most important in the ministry’s structure, just below the minister, since August 2021, when the portfolio was recreated.
Bruno Dalcomo was invited to take over the executive secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security by the former minister Onyx Lorenzoni, who left the position to run for the government of Rio Grande do Sul.
With Onyx’s departure in March, Dalcomo was quoted to take over the portfolio, but the president of the National Social Security Institute (INSS), José Carlos Oliveira, was chosen.
