Government sends 27 nominations to Cade, CVM and regulatory agencies

President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) sent 27 messages to the National Congress with indications for positions in the direction of regulatory agencies.

Some of the acts refer to the withdrawal of names that were already being processed by the Legislative Power, to meet political agreements. Most, however, point to new choices for parliamentarians to consider.

Bolsonaro’s nomination package is published on Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) this Monday (4) and goes to Congress in the week in which the Senate promises to make a concerted effort to discuss and approve the names proposed by the government.

Bolsonaro withdrew nominations for positions on the boards of the National Agency for Water and Basic Sanitation (ANA), National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) and National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS) and sent others to the Senate for consideration. Federal.
