Government members held a meeting on Monday at the Planalto Palace with representatives of various ministries to raise possible points to be presented to the Chinese on the trip that President Lula will make to the country at the end of this month.
One of the main points addressed is that the Brazilian entourage operate politically so that the Chinese buy the plant of the American company Ford in Camaçari, Bahia.
The idea is to present the benefits of the purchase to the Chinese, such as tax exemptions that the government of Bahia is studying to grant. For the Brazilian government, the consolidation of the business would be symbolic in several ways. But the main thing: it is an American company that left the country and would be bought by a Chinese company in the state governed by the PT in Brazil for the longest time.

In addition, the meeting on Monday (27) dealt with other possibilities, such as energy, satellites, infrastructure (urban transport and railroads) and tourism.
