Mobvoi today officially unveiled the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS smartwatch. The novelty, like the previously announced TicWatch Pro 3 and TicWatch E3, are built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform.
TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS is equipped with two screens: the main AMOLED with a diameter of 1.4 inches with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels and an additional FSTN with minimal power consumption, but not at all as colorful as AMOLED. As a result, in Smart Mode using an AMOLED screen, the autonomy is 72 hours, and in Essential Mode with an FSTN display, it increases to 45 days. The battery capacity is 577 mAh.
The watch has 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of flash memory. Dimensions are 47 x 48 x 12.3 mm, weight – 42 grams. The device is very well protected from external influences – in accordance with the degree of IP68 and the American military standard MIL-STD-810G. For survival in the wild (or simple orientation on the terrain), not only a built-in satellite navigation receiver (GPS, Beido, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS systems are supported) is useful, but also a compass. The TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS features an HD PPG Heart Rate biometric sensor, which is better and more accurate than the PPG sensor in the TicWatch Pro 3. The watch detects heart rate, blood oxygenation and heart rhythm disturbances (including atrial fibrillation).
The new product is already available for purchase on Amazon and on the official Mobvoi website. The device costs 290 pounds in the UK, 300 dollars in the US and 300 euros in Europe. The LTE version of the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS will go on sale in November.
