The company Gr. Sarantis informs that on 21.04.2022 Mr. Georgios Kostianis of Panagiotis submitted his resignation from the position of executive member of the Board of Directors of the company.
In replacement of the position, the Board of Directors, in its meeting of 21.04.2022, decided in accordance with article 82 par. 1 Law 4548/2018 and article 10 of the company’s articles of association the election of Mr. Evangelos Siarlis of Argyrio.
After the election of the new member of the Board of Directors to replace the resigned member, the Board of Directors during its above meeting was reconstituted into a body as follows:
1. Grigorios Sarantis of Pantazis, President – Executive Member,
2. Dimitrios Reppas of Panagiotis, Vice President – Independent Non-Executive Member,
3. Kyriakos Sarantis of Pantazis, Chief Executive Officer – Executive Member,
4. Ekaterini Saranti of Pantazis, Non-Executive Member,
5. Konstantinos Rozakeas of Petros, Executive Member,
6. Konstantinos Stamatiou of Fokionos, Executive Member,
7. Ioannis Bouras, son of Konstantinos, Executive Member,
8. Evangelos Siarlis of Argyrio, Executive Member,
9. Christos Oikonomou, son of Ioannis, Independent Non-Executive Member,
10. Nikolaos Lawyer of Pericles, Independent Non-Executive Member,
11. Irini Nikiforaki of Markos, Independent Non-Executive Member.
The election of the new member will be announced and will be proposed for approval at the next General Meeting of the Company which happens to be the Ordinary General Meeting. The new member will exercise his duties for the remaining period until the end of the term of the existing Board of Directors. Who is Evangelos Siarlis?
Holder of a degree in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from ALBA. Prior to joining the Group, he had significant experience in the consumer products sector in various positions of Human Resources in the company Minerva SA Food.
