Grande Otelo Awards 2024: see the nominees and find out how to watch the awards ceremony

The 2024 edition of Great Othello Award — known, until last year, as the Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro — will take place on Wednesday night (28), at 9 pm, at Cidade das Artes, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro. The event, as its name suggests, in addition to paying tribute to Grande Otelo (1915-1993), one of the most emblematic national artists, also celebrates Brazilian production across 30 categories.

How to watch the Grande Otelo Awards 2024 broadcast:

The ceremony, hosted by the acting duo Dira Paes and Toni Garrido, will be broadcast live on Canal Brasil (starting at 8:50 pm) and on YouTube. Brazilian Academy of Cinema.
