Grayscale Investments has introduced a list of 29 cryptocurrencies that will have to become part of investment products. Purpose: diversify customer portfolios.

The list includes Toncoin, Celo, Mantle and other assets. Representatives of Grayscale announced the increased interest of large investors in infrastructure blockchains of the second and third echelon.

Grayscale also intends to include Pendle, Kamino Finance, Morpho and Ethena in investment products, as they “provide various use scenarios” starting with lending.

The company drew attention to niche assets like tokens Bonk, PlayTron, Story (IP), AIXBT, VIRTUAL and the like. They are associated with the use of machine learning and generative models, explained in Grayscale.

The place in the list was taken by infrastructure assets, including Jito, Wormhole and Layerzero. They provide scaling of blockchain emission, “cross-message”, stakeing and network-level services, explained in Grayscale.

Earlier, Grayscale Investments has submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) an application for the converting of the GSOL trust to the SPOST stock fund (ETF) on SOLANA.
