The metropolitan region of São Paulo must have, this Friday (7), Strong sun and loaded clouds with forecast of more rain showers for the afternoon and part of the evening.
With maximum temperatures that can reach 33ºC and with high levels of humidity in the air, there is a risk of thunderstorms in some places in Greater São Paulo.
According to Climatempo, the risk of heavy rain should be higher this Friday due to the approaching cold front on the São Paulo coast and changes in wind circulation at high levels of the atmosphere.
“Rain showers should not be generalized and will not extend for many hours, but with potential for disorders such as flooding and impacts on power supply,” Climatempo said.
The São Paulo Climate Emergency Management Center (CGE) pointed out that the temperature and humidity condition of the air, besides the sea breeze favors occurrences of gust, flood formation and increase in the level of streams and rivers in the metropolitan region.
