Specifically, the joint statement is signed by the Foreign Ministers of Australia, Belgium, France, Denmark, Greece, Estonia, the United Kingdom, Japan, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Cyprus, Latvia of Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden and Finland, as well as the High Representative of the European Union on foreign security and Vice President of the European Commission.
