Foreign ministers from 25 countries, along with the EU High Representative, have categorically condemned the approval of plans for settlements in E1, east of Jerusalem, from Israel. Specifically, the joint statement is signed by the Foreign Ministers of Australia, Belgium, France, Denmark, Greece, Estonia, the United Kingdom, Japan, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Cyprus, Latvia of Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden and Finland, as well as the High Representative of the European Union on foreign security and Vice President of the European Commission.
