Two hundred eleven Greek nationals are included in the list of the US Ice (ICE) Customs and Customs Imposition, which records foreign nationals who have received a definitive deportation but without being detention. In this list there are a total of 1,445,549 foreign nationals whose expulsion is a court ruling that has been finalized by 24 November 2024. However, ICE is not able to provide specific explanations on a case -by -case basis, for reasons that is difficult or delayed the repatriation of these persons. There are several reasons why Ice may not be able to complete the deportations. Ice may remove foreign nationals from the US subject to a final deportation order issued by a decision judge of migration.
