“My daughter, who is not old enough to know Silvio’s story, came in desperate and said: ‘Mom, they said Silvio Santos died, but wasn’t he immortal?’. For a 14-year-old girl, who didn’t know his story, who doesn’t know my story with Silvio, she was shocked and said that for her, he was immortal, imagine for me, who started my career with him?”, the presenter vented.
In conversation with Celso Portiolli, the singer recalled the first moments she had with Silvio Santos at SBT: “I had the freedom to tell him things, because he knew I was sincere,” she commented.
