Agents from the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP) arrested, this Saturday morning (18), a military police officer suspected of having been the driver of the car used by the executors of Vinícius Gritzbach, PCC whistleblower businessman who was killed at Guarulhos Airport in November last year.
This is the 16th PM arrested for involvement in the case. Last Thursday (16), an operation by the Public Security Secretariat (SSP) arrested 15 officers from the corporation who were believed to be involved in the crime, including a police officer identified as the shooter.
The agent arrested this Saturday is a 1st lieutenant of the Military Police and was detained in the Jardim Umuarama neighborhood, in Osasco, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. He was taken to the DHPP, in the center of São Paulo, and should be sent to the Romão Gomes Prison.
