A federal judge again suspended President Donald Trump’s decree today seeking to abolish the law in the US, that is, the right of anyone born in the country to automatically acquire American citizenship. All of the Courts and Courts of Appeals who have dealt with this decree, one of Trump’s most controversial, have suspended it, considering it unconstitutional. But the Supreme Court, where the majority of the Conservatives, following Trump’s appeal, ruled on June 27 that federal judges do not have the power to block nationwide the decisions of the executive they consider illegal.
