Guedes travels next Sunday to participate in the World Economic Forum

THE Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) this Friday (20th) confirms the trip of the Minister of Economy, Paulo Guedes, to Davos, Switzerland, to participate in the World Economic Forum and in meetings and meetings related to the event.

According to the publication, Guedes’ departure from the country for these commitments will take place from May 22 to 27.

Last Monday (16), the Ministry of Economy had already informed about Guedes’ trip.

According to the statement, the minister’s agenda includes meetings on sustainable growth, economic partnerships with Asia and the Pacific, prospects for the global economic situation and economic partnerships in Latin America.

The ministry also informed that Guedes “will present Brazil as a privileged destination for investments and as a leading country for international energy and food security solutions”.
