Criminals fired on a Metropolitan Civil Guard (GCM) in the parking lot of the Northern Shopping Center, in the northern part of São Paulo, on Wednesday afternoon (2).
In a note sent to CNN the mall confirmed the incident and said the authorities were immediately fired. The establishment also stressed that no one was injured and that the operation follows normally.
According to the Metropolitan Civil Guard (GCM), a team of the corporation that was in a base that is close to the mall, when the agents heard three shots and then saw a vehicle, which had a broken windshield, passing at high speed shortly after leaving the mall.
Sought, the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) reported that agents of the State Department of Criminal Investigations (Deic) located and seized the vehicle used in the action.
Inside the car, the police found traces of blood, plus pliers and copies of documents.
Also according to the portfolio, expert examinations were requested and the case is still investigated by 1ª Police Station of the Division of De theft, theft and Reception of vehicles and cargo (divecar) of Deic.
