“Gunpowder” in the Middle East: Attack on Israeli trade off the Emirates

Target of attack near the port of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates became a commercial ship where owned by an Israeli company, according to media reports. Israeli Channel 12, citing unnamed country officials, has denied responsibility for the attack. Iran.

According to the MarineTraffic navigation monitoring site, the ship -who reportedly traveled under the Bahamas flag- stopped off the coast of Fujairah.

The incident occurs a few days later the sabotage at the Iranian Natanz nuclear power plant, for which Iran blamed Israel, promising revenge.
