According to the court ruling signed by judge Andrea Calado da Cruz, there is sufficient evidence of the singer’s involvement in the crime of money laundering. “The singer’s association with the company under investigation raises serious doubts about the integrity of the financial transactions and the legitimacy of the links established,” according to the document.
The investigation revealed, in an analysis of the financial exchange report dated September 15, 2024, that the company GSA Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda, whose sole partner is the singer Nivaldo Batista Lima, known as Gusttavo Lima, received R$5.9 million reais from companies under investigation.
Between January and December 2023, the companies Zelu Brasil, which acts as a payment intermediary for betting platforms such as “Vai de Bet” and “Esportes da Sorte”, and Pix 365 Soluções Tecnológicas transferred the funds through bank transactions. In return, GSA transferred R$1.35 million directly to Gusttavo Lima’s personal account.
The investigation highlights that, in 2023, GSA moved a total of R$18.7 million in credits, 31.77% of which came from companies under investigation, involving figures such as Deolane Bezerra and other betting platforms.
