The singer Gustavo Lima 35, thanked the messages of support he has received from the public since revealing the desire to run for president in 2026.
In a conversation with followers on social media, this Wednesday (15), he spoke about his desire for the country to improve and said that the parties should unite.
“Passing by to thank you for so many loving messages over the past two weeks. My desire is the same as yours a country that has more public safety, health, infrastructure and love in its heart. May all parties unite to truly form a government in favor of the Brazilian people”, said Gusttavo Lima.
At the beginning of January, the country singer revealed his desire to enter politics. Gusttavo Lima’s team, however, denied CNN that there are, at the moment, conversations regarding the singer’s affiliation with a political party.
Although the artist was grateful for the messages of support, a survey released by the Paraná Pesquisas institute this Wednesday (15) revealed that 65.7% of voters reject Gusttavo Lima’s entry into politics.
They were heard 2018 voters in 26 states and the Federal District between January 7th and 10th. The margin of error is 2.2 percentage points more or less, and the confidence level is 95% .
