Haddad announces Appy in special secretariat and returns to defending tax reform

The future Minister of Finance, Fernando Haddad, confirmed, in a press conference this Tuesday (13), the name of economist Gabriel Galípolo as number two in the portfolio, as advanced by CNN policy analyst Caio Junqueira.

Galípolo, who is 39 years old, was president of bank Fator and today has a financial consultancy. He is also a member of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (Fiesp). He will be executive secretary of the Ministry of Finance in the Lula government.
