Hair, accessories to light up hairstyles during the holidays

To be chic even at home: ok, we will spend the holidays with a few close friends and, above all, without being able to go out to toast, but this does not mean that we cannot light up the look. And we’re not just talking about clothes. We have the right more than ever, given the past year, to shine from head to toe. Let’s start from the head: one of the first lessons from the gospel of beauty is that an accessory is enough to transform a mass of loose hair or a basic crop into a masterpiece. And now I am headbands, clasps, scrunchies and clothespins with a thousand glows the perfect decorations for our hair.

THE BIJOUX HAIR FROM THE SHOWS
To give us, as usual, theinspo necessary to be to the page, of course, the fashion shows. The Fall / Winter 2020-2021 catwalks truly represent a wonderland for those in search of jewelry that lift the mood and promise an avalanche of likes on social media. From New York to London, from Milan to Paris, the creativity of the designers also passed through head ornaments. The hairstyles of the models were embellished with hair accessories to be copied. From multiple hairpins spotted by Fashion Hong Kong to velvet ribbons by Chanel and bows by Giambattista Valli to the refined jeweled headbands of Erdem, Shrimps and Simone Rocha.

HEADBAND & CO.
Just the headband, since Dolce & Gabbana and Prada elevated it to a symbol couture, has been experiencing a golden moment for some seasons. The coolest model is rounded, covered with velvet and embellished with jewel decorations also in XXL version. Never again without it, therefore, also because its super power is to make even hair that is not really fresh from the fold glamorous.

Alternatively land 90s clothespins that celebs like Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa and Chiara Ferragni really like: from minimal hair barrettes to clips with metallic flowers or colored beads for a bohemian look.

Always for the nostalgic of the Nineties, never without scrunchies, but for the holidays they are dressed in glitter: ok a bun and practical semi-crops but still “dressed” for the party. Finally the ribbons and bands in the Christmas shades of gold, silver, blue and red. Incurable romantics? Nothing better than putting a bow in your hair to decorate a low ponytail or a bun, but also loose hair. Minimum effort for maximum yield.
