Although the order in which the technique is followed may vary, a common sequence begins with hydration, followed by nutrition and, finally, reconstruction. “Hydration can be done more frequently, while reconstruction, which uses proteins, should be carried out every 15 days or depending on the condition of the hair”, he adds.
“It is worth mentioning that scalp care is also essential for hair health, as it is the basis from which hair grows. A healthy scalp provides a suitable environment for the development of strong, resilient hair. When proper care is not taken, problems such as excessive oiliness, dryness, dermatitis and even hair loss can arise”, concludes Thiago.
