Experts from the analytical company Strategy Analytics have calculated that this month will be (or has already been) reached a historical mark – half of the world’s population owns smartphones. This is about 4 billion people. In 1994, only 30 thousand people had smartphones, that is, it took 27 years to reach such a significant milestone. Note that the 1 billion mark was taken in 2012.
