Analytical agency “Marketing Information Center” (“MIC”, formerly Kantar TNS) conducted a large-scale survey of 2,513 people, as a result of which they found out the popularity of multi-service subscriptions. According to the study, 55% of Russians from large cities (more than 100 thousand people) pay for at least one combined subscription (which includes access to several services or special offers for them). This was reported by the publication Sostav.
The popularity of multiservice subscriptions correlates with the population of the city: the more people, the more popular such offers among their residents. So, Moscow is in the lead with an indicator of 66%.
The survey was conducted among users from 18 to 55 years old of different genders – most often people under 29 years old buy a combined subscription.
The Yandex Plus subscription is the most popular among Russians, followed by SberPrime, and YouTube Premium closes the top three in terms of popularity.
It is noteworthy that married people show the greatest interest in multi-service subscriptions: 56% versus 52%. At the same time, families with children choose combined offers more often than those without children: 58% versus 52%.
Users named the Yandex Plus subscription the most useful – 49% felt that most of the services included in it come in handy. Ozon Premium came in second with 41%. But in terms of the number of useless services, YouTube Premium and VK Combo are in the lead: 19% of respondents read that many of their services are not needed.
