Hamas supporters in New York and London took to the streets over the weekend to pressure the US and British governments to end support for Israel’s war on terror.
Hamas responded by reminding the world why Israel must succeed in destroying this terrorist organization once and for all.
The Israel Defense Forces on Monday released footage of Hamas firing rockets at Israeli troops. The crucial thing? The terrorists were firing from the entrance of Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza City – committing a war crime by using civilians as human shields.
The IDF returned fire and confirmed killing 21 Hamas terrorists who were using the hospital for cover. When civilians tried to flee, Hamas terrorists ran with them to create physical shields. As the dust settled, some terrorists returned to the hospital.
The events in Al-Quds are nothing compared to what is happening at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City – the headquarters of Hamas operations. Hamas is locked in a fierce ground battle against Israel in the areas around Al-Shifa. He probably sees this battle as the last before he loses effective operational control of the Gaza Strip.
Israeli officials spoke with the hospital and offered to coordinate the evacuation of patients, including children. The staff told the IDF that Hamas was stockpiling munitions under the hospital, sacrificing more civilians for its own terrorist agenda.
The Israeli military offered extra fuel to help the hospital continue to operate. But Hamas blocked its operation. The terrorists want the patients dead as a means of pressuring Israel to stop occupying its headquarters, which is reportedly under the hospital.
Hamas supporters on the street blame Israel for civilian deaths in Gaza. But for those following developments, Hamas demonstrates daily that these civilians are dead because of Hamas and not Israel.
Instead of condemning Hamas for violating the laws of war, the director-general of the World Health Organization (WHO) accused Israel of targeting hospitals in Gaza and called for an immediate ceasefire.
WHO has not condemned Hamas for using hospitals as human shields, that it is headquartered below Sifa, or that it denies a hospital access to fuel. There is no outrage over Hamas using ambulances to transport terrorists and weapons.
As well as the United NationsThe WHERE does not recognize Hamas as a terrorist organization. This is nothing new from the WHO, a Chinese-influenced organization that condemns Israel annually at the World Health Assembly. Now, with Syria and North Korea on its executive board, it is anything but a mouthpiece of Hamas — albeit a mouthpiece generously funded by the taxpayers of the United States.
The IDF released video late Monday from inside a Hamas terror tunnel that led to the basement of Gaza’s Rantisi Hospital. Israel reportedly found diapers in the basement along with rope used to hold Israeli hostages. A baby bottle found on top of a box bearing the WHO logo completed the indictment of a UN actively working against its founding promise: Never again.
Hamas’ daily war crimes extend beyond the health care sector. On Sunday, the IDF released video of weapons, ammunition and explosive devices found inside a kindergarten in northern Gaza.
Israel also finds significant terrorist infrastructure in and under mosques. Weapons were seized from the Abu Bakr mosque, while four IDF soldiers were killed in a tunnel rigged with explosives under another mosque in Beit Hanoun.
Unfortunately, when the “Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques” (s.a. monarch of Saudi Arabia) hosted a meeting of Arab governments in Riyadh to discuss the Gaza crisis, not one leader condemned Hamas for desecrating mosques or using Muslims as human shields.
Guests of honor at this summit were Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Iranian President Ibrahim Raishi. But there was also no condemnation of Assad’s mass murder of hundreds of thousands of Muslims in Syria — or Raishi’s mass murder of thousands of Muslims in Iran. Only the Jewish state was singled out for condemnation.
During his remarks, Raisi revealed a new final solution for the Jews: “From the river to the sea”that’s what American and British citizens heard this weekend from pro-Hamas protesters. Hearing this slogan from the main terrorist sponsor of Hamas should remove any doubt about the meaning of this phrase and why it is imperative that Israel succeed in destroying the Tehran-backed scourge.
