Hamas has confirmed that a new round of ceasefire negotiations in Gaza with Israel is in progress in Doha, Qatar, the group’s representative, Taher Al-Nono told Reuters.
He said both sides were discussing all issues without “pre-condition.”
Israeli attacks left at least 146 dead at the Palestinian enclave on the last day. Another 459 people were injured.
The Israeli shots that took place since Thursday (15) have been one of the deadliest bombing phases since the end of the truce in March. The most recent attacks occurred after US President Donald Trump ending his trip to the Middle East on Friday (16) without any apparent progress towards a new ceasefire.
