Hamburger day: the recipe for the perfect veg burger

In the end he always wins: the hamburger remains the most famous of the sandwiches. The most loved, as well as the most famous, and the only one with a one world day: the May 28. Both delivery services then agree on another fact: in addition to the classic meat burgers, while sustainability becomes (finally) central in the public debate, the great revelation of the year were the alternative burgers with vegetable and vegan or vegetarian proteins (plus 97% for Deliveroo and + 22% for Just Eat)
